what are the traits of good leader...?
1. Leaders have a goal and make others follows the same dream.
2. Leaders have followers not employees.
3. Employees in the company or a team will work by themselves to achieve the goal set by the leader.
4. Great Leaders are made by the society
5. Leaders works day and night to improve them to achieve more in the path and to training his or her followers to achieve the goals.
6. Leaders do not make employees fear but employees admire the leaders and follows company goal willingly.
7. Leaders use their powers to do good and improve the companies to better versions.
8. Leaders shines on what they do what their goals and how they react to different situation and followers will be same prints of their leaders.
9. Followers trust and confidence will increase if the leader raking risk for his/her followers.
10. Leaders must have good subject knowledge and technical expertise and mainly communication skill. Communication is a major fact that attract followers for his/her purpose.
11. Leaders need to have clear understanding on the environment to take the right fair decisions considering both pros and cons.
